*All supplies utilized during the service will be invoiced separately. In the event that additional equipment needs to be ordered, payment is required upfront.
*All services will be evaluated for complexity by our on-site mechanics and billed accordingly based on the assessment of complexity and duration of the service.
*Service requests will be processed in order they received. Emergency services will be given priority, and our specialists will aim to arrive within 3 hours, taking into account potential traffic or other delays.
**Services that require additional mechanic assistance, $80/hour per additional mechanic will apply.
